I started using this toothpaste along with daily oil pulling, charcoal brushing and my herbal mouth rinse to see if it would get rid of some potential cavity spots and plague build up.
Even though I was brushing regularly, flossing, etc...I will still having a lot of tarter build up and trouble spots when I visited the dentist. I did some research and found this oral care routine.
Ever since I started following it my trouble areas are no longer growing and my dentist says there's little to no plaque when they clean my teeth.
